STEP 2 - Brainstorm ideas
Who are the shirts going to be worn by?
It is super important to consider who is going to wear your shirts. You will need to consider what colours/themes/elements will appeal to your audience. We want this shirt to be the favourite shirt that is pulled from the wardrobe every time so have a think about what “your people” will want.
What elements are important in your design?
We offer a huge selection of stock images including Barramundi, Billfish, Coral Trout, Mud Crab, Crocs, Stockmen, Cape York and Fraser Island landmarks to name a few. Any elements you see in our shirts for sale through our website can be used within your own design.
We also encourage you to add your own photos/illustrations to make your shirts even more special and personalised.
If you are struggling with inspiration, contact us and give a brief explanation of what the shirts are for, what colours you like, etc. We can then email you some examples of shirts we have designed previously for inspiration towards your own design. Lachy is also available to have a chat if you would like to bounce around ideas and speak directly with your designer.
STEP 3 - Let’s get started
Once you have gathered your files and images, we are ready to begin.
For each design you will need to submit a CUSTOM DESIGN APPLICATION – Don’t worry, there is a handy guide explaining what information we like you to provide and how to fill in the design application. Links will be provided upon accepting quote.
STEP 4 - Review your design
Once we have a good start on your project, we will send you the first proof.
To avoid any delays, we ask that you email feedback as soon as possible so we can finalise your design.
Once we go through 1-2 rounds of changes, your design should be 100% and ready to order. We understand that sometimes it can take a little longer to ensure you are 100% happy with the design before we proceed with production. There is no limit on the number of drafts we provide, however please note that revisions do take up a considerable amount of time and additional costs apply for each draft beyond draft 2.
NOTE – Best way to avoid additional design costs is to ensure you select the correct design package, have a really good think about what you want in your design, give us all of your files and instructions before we begin and thoroughly go over your first draft and email us your list of changes in clear dot points.
STEP 5 - Email us your order details
Once you are ready to order, you will submit a SHIRT ORDER FORM detailing sizes, quantities and your preferences for shirt options – long sleeve, short sleeve, pockets, etc. Order forms will be provided with your design proofs.
As we are printing custom shirts, full payment is required upfront for your order to be produced. Your new shirts will be ready and delivered to you in aprox 6 weeks from when payment is received.
NOTE - Timeframes may vary in peek seasons including school holidays, Easter and Christmas.
